OnlyFans, the social networking platform, was launched back in 2016 but recently, the platform got a lot more attention than it has been getting through its four-year lifetime. The COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic and the consequent stay at home rules made OnlyFans the go-to website for people trying to find new ways to entertain themselves. Last month, Beyoncé mentioned OnlyFans in Megan Thee Stallion’s remix of her hit song ‘Savage’, and that alone made the platform see a 15% rise in traffic within only 24 hours of the remix being released.
